It's my 45th birthday today, so here's a simple challenge. Write something each day, no matter how trivial. Let's see if I can commit to something for the whole year.
Two rules: Write something every day, and it's okay to miss one day but you need to summarise on the next day.
I have to record: mood every day, and weight every week. The goal is to get a handle on my progress over the next year.
We went to VIP for dinner, I brined the turkey for tomorrow's thanksgiving, and started the poulish for the bread tomorrow.
